Homework Week of May 7, 2012
Students will continue to study the Civil War this week and create a creative song using 10 important facts that summarize the Civil War. These facts can be found on the website http://www.kidskonnect.com/subject-index/16-history/264-civil-war.html, and students have been given a paper copy as well. Students will be given time to work in class, and may work with another student. However, each individual student is expected to turn in a final copy of the song they created this Friday, and a grade will be taken. Students will also be expected to present their song to the class. Please help students edit their song as needed and listen to them practice, so that they feel prepared to present to their classmates. Thank you as always for your continued support.
